I love this place. My nails always come out so lovely and the staff are very friendly. I wasn't able to have acrylics for a long time due to an allergy to the chemicals used but Flower was able to recommend an alternative product which is perfect. Also do amazing pedicures.

Been waiting for a good nail bar to open locally. The owner was welcoming as soon as I walked in. My ombre nails are beautiful and I wasn't sure to have them as I've never had anything other than polish before. She took her time with shades etc and even changed them when I changed my mind and wanted to go a little lighter. Really first class service. Clean and welcoming and very friendly. I will be back. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Definitely worthy of 5 With reference to the 1* review on here I was in the shop when it happened. The lady in question wanted a fill set of shellac nails done for free after having them on for 10 days! They offered to do it and picked up the same colour and she walked out saying she wanted a new colour. How was they meant to know! Don't let that review put you off. Well done Broxbourne nails.

I came to this shop when it first opened and the staff was very lovely. The owner was very welcoming and the facilities of the shop was amazing. I had a pedicure done and the lovely owner made sure I felt comfortable and my nails was done with perfection. I had shellac done on my nails too by the young man that works there and they are still on 3 weeks later! Would highly recommend!

Great place, well organised and my nails look great. Around £12 for standard polish and £25 for gel polish. They have a 10% off introductory offer. Will be going back thank you 😊

My nails have been done for 10 days and I have had to return twice for repair. The first time after 3 days the gel varnish was peeling off. The owner apologised and repaired more than the one nail I went in for as she could see there was a problem. Today I had to go back as my thumb nail came off completely. These are my own nails .The young boy in there started to repair my thumb but when he looked at my other nails they were peeling at the edges, at least 5 of them. He began to take all the polish off to start again .The owner was not happy with him. She told him off and I felt bad. As all the polish was now off I asked if I could change the colour. She said no. Told me I would have to pay to change the colour but they had to re do my nails anyway so what difference did it make to her what colour it was. I walked out without my nails being re done, I cannot understand why the owner feels her time is more important than mine? I have had to go back twice and she wants to charge me to change the colour? Bad customer service to say the least. BTW they will only repair your nails during the first week- she was apparently doing me a favour repairing them again after 10 days
