Cannot recommend Rachel and her fantastic salon enough. I feel like she has tailor made my treatment from the beginning. The results have been great, she is always quick to reply and put me at ease during all my treatments with her.

AVOID!!! I was scammed by the owner Rachel. After paying £350 for a service that did not work, she has refused to refund me. When you first go she says she will refund you if the treatment does not work, this is a lie. I had no hair free period at all and she kept asking me to keep coming back and try until we see a result, which I was happy to do as I really wanted it to work. Four times I have seen her and I have not had any results. She kept putting off refunding me and after her laser machine kept breaking down and she was constantly cancelling my appointments, including the upcoming one shortly before my holiday, I finally asked her to refund me. Rachel never failed to find a reason to blame for the treatments not working, including that the laser wasn’t at the highest level when she started treatment, or she didn’t book me in quick enough for a tidy appointment, etc. When she got this message that I wanted a refund, I had no reply the next day or evening so a couple of days later I tried to call and message her and found out she blocked me. I then had to find other ways to contact her. Anyone thinking of going here DONT! Don’t lose your money and go to someone who has their own clinic and doesn’t rent a room in a physio studio!

Been a customer for close to 10 years. This laser treatments works, and they are very careful with your skin. I have been elsewhere in that time, but this salon is better for making you feel like they care about the quality and value you receive.  Train fare from London is still worth it.
