Easily the worst experience of my life. I bought a car from them in 2016, they sold me one which was faulty and had a dodgy MOT. They have repeatedly refused to give me a refund. I have even tried to go through the Consumer Ombudsman, they have ignored all of my letters and I've now got to take them to court. They gave me a 3 month warranty which they obviously didn't stick to they said they were fixing the car but when I went to the dealership it was still sat there. They do not care about their customers at all. I couldn't find a review when I looked online, I assumed this was a good thing. Clearly not. Please do not go here! They will literally just take your money!
Please AVOID this company at all cost and take your hard earned money elsewhere! Bought a car unsafe to use on the road. No customer service whatsoever. They have refused to returrn my money. Avoid this company like the plaque !!! I hope Trading Standards shuts down this company as they are despicable. Browns Motors are nothing but headache as I will have to take them to court.
Great Experience, We bought our son first car and now we bought our family car from here, great experience, value for money, reliable family car, definitely recommend to others. i would say two sides to every story.. second car from this garage now and have not a problem, any issue the dealer are co operative....
