I purchased a gucci bag as a gift for my son's 16th birthday, it arrived on time but to my disappointment came in a unbranded dust bag with no box.
Brutal customer service. Ordered sunglasses and completely wrong order came with the return form in gibberish writing, like seriously come on. On top of this customer service is non existent and haven’t gotten one reply to any email or message sent on social media. Never again!!
This is a high end fashion store that my son wanted to visit whilst we were in London. It was a little daunting walking in with "security" in every room - it is a bit of a rabbit warren, but once we were in the section we wanted, the salesman could not have been more friendly or helpful. We would definitely be re-visiting again.
