Welcome to Browne & Sons Ltd, based in Loddon, Norfolk. We're a family business & have been established for over 60 years.

At Browne & Sons we offer all-make servicing & repairs, and we specialise in Honda, Mini and 4X4’s.

We can carry out all car and light-commercial servicing on any age of vehicle, this includes cars still under manufacturer’s warranty - And as we are VAT-Registered this will not affect the warranty.

Browne & Sons are committed to providing the best level of service at the best price, therefore we will match or beat any quote for servicing, repairs or MOT from any other garage on a like for like basis. (Quotes must be in writing and be no more than 1 month old.)

As an independent garage we can negotiate very favourable parts prices & have accounts with many parts suppliers. John and his team have looked after my car for the past six years. Service and advice is always impeccable. Where others may have taken advantage of a situation such as when my hood mechanism failed, John found an inexpensive way of solving the problem and saved me hundreds of pounds. I travel 50 miles each way for a service because I completely have faith in the quality of work undertaken. A first class experience every time.

Solid experience buying my kuga. There were a few issues initially to get the car ready,  which were required a return visit after purchase, but amicably resolved. Jon was great throughout the whole process. Never pushy, very knowledgeable, addressed any questions, patient and transparent throughout. We have had a decade of excellence service from Jon and everyone at Browne's. I knew they were an honest outfit after asking them to do a cam belt change with a service. On collection Jon explained it wasn't due yet and could be done at the next service.

I was caught out with a flat tyre when collecting my young son from nursery, the garage came to my rescue immediately and inflated my tyre so I could get home. Amazing service and a wonderful people. Thank you so much.

Had mo'cycle MoT done here. Saturdays only, but they accommodated my request for a specific time. Thorough and swift.

Terrible company for management, rude, late, poor customer service too by not letting someone finish by interrupting then calling the customer rude because they get agitated they got interrupted… they are also not on time either as I was booked In at half 1 and not until half 4 they called to say they couldn’t do it….

I can't give anything but praise for Jon & the team at Browne & son's. We always use them for our mini buses and BMW 7 series for our chauffeur business. The service we receive is always 110% and Jon always fits us in when at times it can be very last minute due to the nature of the job or if a problem happens to come up. Recently bought a Renault modus from here, very satisfied with the service we received. They prepared the car very well and when a small fault appeared fixed it with out a fuss and supplied a courtesy car. Thanks to Jon and all the other guys.
