I recently had my hair cut by Alina. She was so smiley and welcoming. I was quite brave and went for quite a drastic chop to short hair and she cut it just how I imagined it. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to friends and family.Services:&nbsp;Shampoo &amp; conditioning

I have been before and been satisfied. Do check first what they are going to charge! Before I enquired they were happy to book me in with a stylist and charge me £68! for a trim and blow dry without the courtesy of even checking with me first. Things are tight for all currently, I believe customers should be appraised of prices they are expected to pay. Instead, I asked for a lower price and was offered a trainee. I’m perfectly ok with giving a trainee experience.  Unfortunately today I received a message to say my appointment for tomorrow is cancelled as they ‘need more time’ for the trainee to do the full cut and dry. Why didn’t they check when they took my original booking? I did explain I was going out after the hair cut as it was for a special occasion. So was needed for this day. However, it appears if YOU want to cancel they need 48 hrs notice! I feel very let down and disappointed. I won’t be going back. Sally K.

Browns is a well run, friendly hairdressers. The staff are welcoming and professional. I have had friends remark on how well my hair has been cut. Before going to Browns my visits to a hairdresser went unnoticed.
