I bought 6 cigars from this wonderfully authentic and traditional business. I was not just met with good services and great prices, I was met with people who knew their product and could make recommendations. And my cigars were in perfect condition and smoked well. No dry wrappers, cracks or uneven burns. My only regret is that I don't live in Bournville!
Wonderful experience, we were visiting Birmingham for the day from Bristol and my partner has wanted to visit this shop as it has great reviews. Went inside and what a wonderful surprise, such a treasure. Fantastic presentation of everything . The lady who served us Shelly was knowledgeable, warm and helpful and told us about the history of the shop, five generations of family history owning the business, incredible. My partner left with 4 very fine cigars. Thanks you Shelly for such great customer service and quality cigars, thanks again Mo and Chris
Wonderful atmosphere and a fantastic experience. Server, Shelly?, was really welcoming considering I was a new customer. The range available is phenomenal, virtually everything in terms of tobacco. An almost family feel to the environment, well I say almost, it was a family environment, with customers regularly walking in and in some cases asking for "the usual...", that made me chuckle, that takes customer service to another level entirely, well beyond the reach of more commercial outlets. Definitely marking this as destination if I'm ever in the area again. In regards to the individual who posted a negative review for the store failing to remain open after time, I think it's a bit unfair considering you knew you were going to be late and could have potentially arranged for another day, and considering the effort put in by Shelly is above and beyond what I would expect from a more commercial outlet.
Fantastic establishment. Felt like going back in time with the smell, the look and the atmosphere. Excellent prices and excellent variety. Definitely using this place again! Highly recommend
A gem of a find. With first class customer service and a selection of the worlds finest cigars, especially my favourite Nicoragua cigars. All you need perfect prices.
Was on my way to buy some specialist tobacco, but Sat nav put me there at 3 mins past closing, so I rang ahead to see if they could help. Unfortunately, they wouldn't wait a couple of minutes. I was really disappointed as I really wanted to give a small independent firm my custom. It's a real shame, but I suppose I can understand why they couldn't wait a couple of minutes

Best tobacconist in the Midlands and cheapest rates compared to others, super nice atmosphere a traditional experience, lady there is so helpful and nice, great selections of cigars, cigarettes, tobacco, pipes, cutters huge variety.

Nice to see a proper tobacconist shop it has everything you need, from pipe tobacco to cigarettes and cigars. The aroma of different tobaccos is amazing. Well, it's worth a visit if you're a smoker .
