Left my telephone appointment in tears. They were completely disinterested and compared my situation to that of their husband!
Drs are great once you get past the gate keeping receptionist one in particular.nI’m so scared that one day I’m going to be denied an appointment and end up dieing in my sleep.
Their is one office staff who is totally incompetentnMany a time they give incorrect advice, have no compassion or urgencynWhen I next visit the surgery I will remember to get this ladies name and take the matter further as for some reason she lets me down again and again.nThe doctors and nurses however are brilliant, so if you can get pass the receptionist and you don’t require anything being done by admin then yes I recommend this surgerynhowever if you want efficiency, compassion and correct information from admin staff then I suggest you go elsewhere
Putting peoples health / lives at risk. Had a telephone consultation from a completely disinterested doctor yesterday. Despite being a pretty healthy 30 odd yr old male with no prior conds, having very rapid, short shallow breaths, being unable to stand without coughing uncontrollably, nausea, profuse shivering and sweating he wanted me to do a covid test b4 looking as to whether it was something else. Actually said so you want antibiotics!!! Dont know your name but mines clear to see in the review and if you record calls then feel free to read through the transcript. Oh and by the way im currently in an ambulance outside hospital.
Since we arrived here in March, they have given us excellent service. The staff and Doctors are diligent and helpful. Very pleased with their service.
