Ordered parts for my broseley winchester  the parts lady was very  helpful . "and bits not that exspensive"

I bought a Broseley Evolution 5 last year. The stove is fine but...... the parts are ridiculously expensive. I had to order the small vermiculite air brick and a side air brick and the parts were £14.20, £13.72 plus £15 delivery plus VAT so in total over £50. 

What a rip off, and as Broseley is the only place you can go to, there's no choice. Wish I'd been aware of this when I priced stoves up.  

So the stove gets 4 starts out of 5. Broseley gets 1. Balancing at 2.

I Don't Often Write Reviews But This Company Customer Service Is Shocking Brought A Winchester Fire From This Company Paid Over £800 It Cracked On The Top While in Warranty there did Not Want To Know  All The staff Seem To Have A Really Bad Attitude  I will never buy from this company again
