Niki has been our family dentist for years now even before she was in this practice and I can say that she is great at her job, always with a smile and very friendly, also everyone in this practice always have a kind smile for the patients and always keen to help when needed. We definitely recommend Niki Kitsou and her practice 100% if you are looking for a family dentist.
Excellent dental practice. It is almost! a pleasure to visit Niki and her team as I know I will get first class treatment. Everything including equipment is up-to-date and I am kept well informed of what needs to be done and can also see on screen what a wonderful set of teeth I have! Patients have been advised how to attend during these difficult Covid times and nothing is left to chance. Receptionists are always friendly and helpful and do their best to make appointments to suit the patient. I have nothing but praise for this practice.
I cannot recommend Niki and her team highly enough; the care and attention you receive from everyone at the practice is outstanding. As someone who is afraid of going to the dentist, I feel in very safe hands as Niki explains everything carefully and patiently. Niki, like the rest of her team, is also very positive, friendly and genuinely caring. This is why I travel some distance to go to Brookview with my family. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
Niki and her team are so friendly and professional. You don't feel you are going for a dental appointment but to see a friend. You are made to feel very safe under the present restrictions with an exceptional level of care. I would recommend Brookview to anyone.
The friendliness, courtesy and care of the whole Brookview team take away any dread of a visit to the dentist! Their response to the Covid situation seems to have been exemplary and treatment received in no way compromised. When a recent check-up revealed the rather urgent need for a filling this was fitted in within a week and Niki and her assistant were ready, kitted out in even more PPE for the procedure. I feel confident that the very best is now being done to preserve my rather ancient teeth and wish they had had Niki’s attention many years earlier!
My appointment was for a routine dental check with Niki.The appointment ran on time and I didn't feel I was being rushed through and instantly felt relaxed.As well as the routine check Niki gave me considerable time to discuss an on going dental problem that I have. Niki was extremely helpful in spending time to explain the medical facts and consquences associated with my problem and also the different options that I had to treat and help the problem. Before going for my appointment I was experiencing a considerable amount of worry about my dental problem. Niki was able to put my concerns at rest and give clear advice to help me decide on the best course of treatment that would fit comfortably with me. I left the appointment feeling extremely better than when I went in. A 20 min appointment extended into 40 mins and at no extra cost.
My experience for this practice can only be described as the best I have experienced in my short life - let's say I am the latter part of 80years. The surgery has a comforting atmosphere, enough to quell any nerves and negative feelings that are usually associated with dental treatment. One is treated as an individual as well as a patient. Brilliant.
All the staff are very welcoming. The dentist and hygienist are very skilled and extremely thorough; they go out of their way to make sure that you are comfortable throughout the procedures. Handling of practice throughout Covid was particularly well done.
Been visiting DR Niki Kitsiou for 25 years she is not only my dentist but my long standing friend ,,her skills and staff are impeccable and welcoming to all .very professional on all levels 5 star service
always great service and nice staff.
