I have been with this surgery for over 50 years and it is marvelous. Everyone is welcoming. Nothing is too much trouble. The receptionists are extremely helpful. I have always been seen promptly when I have needed a GP or Nurse. Keep doing what you are doing . 5 star staff.
Given all the negativity that is surrounding the NHS at present I feel the practice deserves some recognition for their excellent service. In all the time I have been with this practice I cannot fault them. Their response to appointment & prescription requests is prompt and all members of staff from Receptionist to the Nurses/GP's are friendly and approachable, thanks for going above and beyond to accommodate patients.
Amazing surgery. Been here for years always friendly polite and professional. Access is great as I use online consult always get a reply within two days. Well done Brooklands keep up the good work
I honestly can’t believe the negative reviews on here, Brooklands Medical Practice is by far the best doctors surgery I’ve ever been registered within nearly 5 decades!! Vicky on reception is one of the most helpful people I’ve ever met, the doctors are amazing, I’m so glad I registered here years ago following near death experience at previous surgery, I actually won’t move house because I won’t leave this surgery Ignore the negative reviews and see the surgery & staff for yourself
Reception staff are extremely rude. I have never known a doctors surgery to tell a patient that appointments cannot be booked in advance only on the day!! What an absolutely stupid and absurd policy. Chances of getting an appointment on the day are zero to none so how is anybody supposed to be seen?
A great practice, doctor staff are amazing and compassionate, and always eager to help and give the best resources and information. The reason for 3 stars is because of the reception staff, my partner puts of phoning just because the rec. staff are so un-professional, its truly upsetting to see a great service be halted by the few.
Awful practice, reception staff are terribly rude and have no idea what they are doing. No remorse or care at all for the patients and it takes over 3 weeks to get an appointment. Ill be changing my GP now due to the terrible standard this practice is run.
Brooklands Medical practice is the best surgery you will ever need nothing is to hard or to much for the Doctors and nurses and reception staff are always welcomeing to everyone who attends the surgery at first point of call truly truly greatful for them being when needed
