I had a boot hoist fitted. Dealing with this company was great. The advice from there engineers and the rep Jeff was spot on. The time line from getting it priced to picking up the car was really good. As a family we are reaping the benefits with increased independence and easy loading of my 20 kilo wheelchair. This company is friendly and efficient they get a highly recommended from me.
Though I haven't been in touch for some time, my experience of this company hasn't been a pleasant one. My initial contact was great. The man who came to visit with a trial vehicle was lovely and was able to answer most of my questions. After the home visit and paperwork completed my Motability and myself having the go ahead papers, my experience of Brook Miller declined rapidly. When being in contact with the admin/sales department I spoke to a lady who was absolutely no help at all I've never been through this process before She didn't want to be helpful and wasn't going to be either. I had to speak to her on quite a few occasions and found her rude, sarcastic and cocky. I know I will have to be speaking to this person again and quite frankly I still have her last words going around in my head. I am hoping that this person has left the company before I have contact again. I shouldn't be having this feeling of dread, but I have. Any future dealing I have with this company, I will be refusing to speak to this person again. I do know the persons name, and I am not willing to name publicly.
An amazing company. Ordered a WAV via Motability although it took a while to arrive due to availability Leanne kept us informed every step of the way. We are about to take delivery of the vehicle and I wanted to thank everyone at Brook Miller. Thank You for transforming our lives and giving us independence. THANK YOU.
Terrible product knowledge and not very helpfull. Just shop online as a lot cheaper. Scooter was over 1000 pound cheaper online. Identical item delivered and built.
Cannot recommend Brook Miller enough! Needed to buy an aid, initially looked at a mobility scooter, but for various reasons it wasn't going to be the best option for me and so instead, started looking into a wheelchair. Made a couple of visits to the shop to consider the different options and Brian who was a brilliant sales advisor, willing to take the time to talk through the different options and giving some great advice without being pushy to make a purchase. Brian went above and beyond when making sure the product was right for me and my needs, from helping me to put the wheelchair into my car to make sure it would fit, to loading it in for me as I drove away. Ordered early Wednesday afternoon and was phoned late Friday morning to say my wheelchair had arrived and was ready to be collected. The store has a great range of products for people from motability vehicles to grabbers and different prices to suit different budgets. Will 100% be returning for any future purchases.

This review is an edited one of my original. In my original review, I was very unhappy with the service I had received. Second time around, everything was good. Car was picked up promptly, and dropped back off earlier than expected. Which is good as I had a hospital appointment that evening. The adaptations were explained to me and my carer. And I was gifted with a tea hamper, which was greatly appreciated and not something I expected. Thank you for rectifying the earlier experience. I appreciate it.
We were hoping to have the drop down bed on our motorhome converted to an electric one. One that also dropped much lower for ease of use. BM came recommended from the Bailey caravan and motorhome Facebook group. I noticed two people who had previously had their motor homes converted exactly same type as ours seemed happy with the conversion. The only thing that looked out of place was they used the one wall cupboard under the bed to house the motor and linkage. To make this fit the cupboard needs to be turned through 90 degrees and screwed to the ceiling. All I didn’t want was a cupboard, on its side screwed to the ceiling, so I asked their guy if there was an alternative solution and was given a resounding NO. All factory fitted electric bed motors are stored away under the seating so for them to not even pursue an alternative was disappointing in the least. So for now the £4,000 will need to stay in my bank. If anyone knows of a company who could better accommodate me I would be obliged . ****************UPDATE*************** 5th March 2023 Since posting this review Adrian from BM has contacted me with good news. They have now found a way to accommodate us by keeping the cupboard in its original position. A deposit has now been paid and we are awaiting a date to drop the van off for the conversion. The only downside was the news that the project will now cost £250 more to cover ‘extra work’ needed. As a result I felt the review now justified a change from 1 star to 4. there are 251 reasons why the update is 4 instead of 5 star. Obviously provided the finish is exactly as expected then that will take care of the 1 reason Thanks again for the extra effort in finding a solution.
After nearly a year of researching an adapted campervan for me to travel on my own in a wheelchair I was close to giving up when I found Brook Miller at a motability event. I arranged to travel 3hrs to see them and immediately when I both met them and saw their setup I knew they could create my dream. They also very quickly supplied me a highly specced VW Crafter with side lift and custom made hand controls.The attention to detail was above and beyond with constant consideration of my needs and identifying issues I hadn't considered which they rapidly overcame with innovative ideas and engineering. I made the drive to Elland quite a few times and it was always a great experience. Since taking delivery and getting it set up to travel any questions I've had have always been immediately answered and I can't thank everyone involved in the build enough.
The staff were great could not do enough my problem was sorted efficently and quickly recomend them greatly thankyou Brook miller
