The surgery is ok, make sure you put your vehicle detail other wise you will get fine, they have enough seating facility
Couldn't get an appointment if I was foaming at the mouth, bleeding from my eyes and having schizophrenic delusions.nnDespite ringing up the second the place opened, there was a 12 person long queue. I understand that is not entirely their fault but the receptionist was less than enthusiastic to hear that I would be ringing up to book an appointment at a doctors. Asked for an appointment for an infection and was told, without even being asked my symptoms or the severity of the infection, that it was not worth an appointment and I should just go to the pharmacy.nEven the pharmacy was unsure what to do with me as they understandably can't just hand over antibiotics to any random person who asks for them. When I told them that the surgery simply 'referred' me over, they told me that this is something they regularly get with little they can actually do.nI've lived here 2 years and I've never even been able to step foot in this surgery because I am apparently unworthy of being seen even if I was on fire and screaming in agony.
The system they have in place for appointments creates anxiety and panic - having to queue at 12 noon everyday with no guarantee that you will be allocated an appointment does not work - this can go on for days and weeks - even with blood results which advise an appointment. Then being told off for challenging a system that is not fit for purpose and spoken to like a child and after begging eventually being given one . It has been a disappointing and humiliating experience
Absolutely brilliant. I had to sort out some medication. Did by email. Surgery phoned me back about it. Sorted with no trouble at all. I don't know her name but she was lovely. Thank you
Harassing me every day 5 times as hard to make an appt and to see a gp, covid has already been proven to be a scam. I am not taking a test every time I want to see a gp, I am not a slave and won't bow down to your orders.i am a free person with human rights. Being treated like an p.o.w in ww2
