I went to Brook House for work experience and truly could not be more grateful. The staff are wonderful and ensure both residents and colleagues are well. The environment created is wonderful filled with fun activities as well as time to relax. The menu is brilliant and is presented perfectly as well as drinks and snacks always on offer for residents and their families. I gained social skills from this experience that I could not have earned from anywhere else and will be valuable to me for my whole life. I will forever cherish the memories I have made a Brook House. Thank you so much!
Myself and my partner were looking for care for his parents and had been recommended to Brook House by a work colleague. I have to say Brook House was superior to other homes we had looked at in the area. When we visited we were made to feel welcome by the manager Rhiannon and her team, we were shown all the lovely facilities and what shone was the family feel throughout.nWhen we feel the time is right for our relatives we will definitely consider Brook House. I joined Brook House in July 2024, both residents and staff welcomed me into the Brook house family. Each day is different and very enjoyable, we love to make a difference to peoples lives and see them smiling.
What a lovely home from home Brookhouse is!nEveryone here is so welcoming, they make you feel a part of the family and they cannot do enough for you.nThe care and compassion towards the residents is clear to see and shows in the residents as they are so happy and speak highly of the staff.nThere is always so much going on here too with coffee mornings and lots of activities. The input back to the community is fantastic.nWhat a breath of fresh air Rhiannon is too, this reflects in her team!nHonestly what a lovely home this is, giving peace of mind for your loved ones
We attended an event at Brook House recently and were amazed at the homely feel. The staff were amazing and very helpful. They host coffee drop-in sessions for people with dementia and their families which is so welcoming. This is a very nice home.
