DONT USE BRONTE TAXIS I take the time and trouble to book in advance. It doesn't count with Bronte. I have been using Bronte for 15 years. many years ago they were fine and usually always on time. I booked them in advance for a trip to London making it clear I needed it to be on time and I still left plenty of time as they have been late before on numerous occasions. They were Late again! so late in fact I had to jump in my own car and dash to the station. They had told me it was on its way and would be one minute which turned out to be fifteen minutes. I called them to say forget it they had let me down and got abuse from the controller (Bash if you want to do something about it tackle whomever was on at 7.30 am 0n the 18/04/2018) what an appalling service DO NOT USE BRONTE I NEVER WILL AGAIN

I have used Bronte for a 8+ years, regularly each week. I recently used them so often i started to book in advance. Every single taxi i have booked has been late by over 10 minutes, and in turn made me late. When you don’t book, it arrives late. When you do book, it arrives late. A very loyal customer lost.

It cost me eight pounds using Brontë taxis from my address to Keighley,and the return trip cost me six pound using Keighley taxis🤔

Normally such a great taxi company but this time the rude guy on the phone last night didnt bother to book my taxi for this morning meaning i were late for work and then sent home so lost a days wage, oh and overcharged when he did arrive.
