I love going swimming at Bromsgrove Sport and Leisure Centre. The lane swimming sessions are really well organised and everyone is really laid back and friendly. I also enjoy using the gym, there is a good range of equipment and a good atmosphere for training.nTraining at Bromsgrove Sport and Leisure Centre has allowed me to get back into competitive swimming for the first time in over 20 years. I have entered three masters competitions so far and I feel fit enough to be able to beat the times that I made as a teenager!
Car park is chargeable and no concessions for centre members. £1 per hour - £6 all day. Decent average gym, sizeable pool, slow, medium, fast lanes which need to be booked. The spa is really refreshing, which was my favourite.nVarious membership options and concessions for NHS / Blue light staff.great fir families and young kids, which is what the majority of the centre is for. This facility can work out as expensive. However, it's better than many in a 10-mile radius. if it's for you, then give it a go.
Excellent on the swimming side of things. They have a large pool and a small pool. The small pool as the ability to lower and raise the floor to suit different needs, from 0M down to 1.3M and possibly lower?
Used only swimming pool,nIt was clean, nice and warm air and water, music wasn't very loud which was good, very friendly and helpful staff.nOnly small negative is that you have to pay for parking only first 30min is free.
Swimming pool great, however the whole experience is made inexcusable by the front of house staff. Very rude, constantly chatting to each other, and ignoring the customers waiting. Perhaps they should remember that we are paying their wages.
