ARROGANT AND SLOW TO RESPOND The initial conversation I had with Jo Keegan was pleasant. Despite this, I found Jo to be an ineffective communicator and eventually very arrogant. Despite the fact that there would always be short delays due to the tax year, Jo's communication time was excessive. When I asked Jo what she required next, she emailed and said a subordinate would send me an email. A week passed without receiving this email. When I emailed Jo to request that she close my account, I received a response that neglected to mention that I had requested an email for what they required. In response to an email I sent correcting Jo, I received an arrogant response that was unnecessary. I believe you might be wise to find an alternative provider for your financial needs.
