I was honest with Mario when I first called to book my car in for a service about the reviews customers had left. He assured me they would take care of my car to a high standard. Yesterday I received a courtesy call confirming if I was bringing in my car to them. I was warmly welcomed. I selected the option to wait while my car was being serviced and Mario regularly came to update me on the progress of the service.The waiting area was very comfortable. Mario explained the advisories and I never felt pressured to get the work done immediately. Mario advised me to get work done in the next 4-5 months. Staff were friendly. When I was driving off I noticed the service icon was still showing. I went in and let Mario know and he immediately asked one of the service team to see to it. They were both apologetic but I was just glad I saw it while I was in the courtyard and they sorted it out quickly. On my way home the car felt and sounded a lot smoother to drive. Overall I was really pleased with the service today and definitely will be a returning customer.
It’s not usual to use superlatives to describe an automotive service centre, but the quality of customer service at Bromley Care and Mitsubishi is outstanding. They offer constant and clear communications throughout, always providing timely reminders of service needs and clear explanations of the work to be carried out. Their care and commitment to offering the best quality service are evident.nnI’ve never once felt anything other than confidence in handing over my keys to this brilliantly managed team, full of kind and well-motivated staff. Special shout-out to Tom—his professionalism and humour did not go unnoticed. And thanks for the tip on the body shop.
From the moment I arrived at Kia, I was welcomed with great friendly service from Mario. Even after I dropped off my car, I was kept up to date with the service, was given advise and an opportunity to take advantage of extras, such as flushing the oil, free clean of the car and replacements needed.nThe service was quick and efficient and Mario, once again, was there to hand over the keys to the car. He even came with me to the car, took away the plastic seat protectors and wished me well.nI highly recommend Kia Bromley to anyone wishing for excellent service and loads of experience from the staff. A special shout out to Mario and his 5 star service.
Easy to book the service online. Follow up courtesy calls before the service, which I was able to discuss issues.nOn the day, fast friendly no fuss service. Everything explained, time given for questions.nExcellent service start to finish.
I don’t normally write reviews but I thought it was needed. The service that I have received today at Bromley Kia service department was top notch. Tom Bell was so polite, caring and couldn’t do enough for me, what amazing service. Tom is a credit to Bromley Kia. Thank you Tom.
