I want to say Michelle is the best.. after having other coaches at this centre and not going anywhere with them. One session with her and I’m on a course related to my field and in part time work. She is lovely and the only person who listened and asked me what my dream job will be .. thank you.
No idea what people are complaining about, they were really friendly and extremely helpful, especially Tony he immediately helped me in the midst of running around helping all the other people who were waiting. Ignore all the negativity from other reviews; anyone who works especially in the public sector knows how negative people can be and they love to complain and play victim don’t let them put you off from getting help
“I visited this Job Centre, but I noticed that the team there is very racist. Even against Black people—especially—they don’t want anyone to receive Universal Credit, even if they are eligible. I observed that they support their own community more than Asians, and their team’s behaviour is extremely rude. Please don’t go there. They even ask personal questions, which they are not allowed to ask. If someone is eligible for Universal Credit, they should receive it without unnecessary questioning, instead of being treated badly. I want to tell everyone not to go there, and I believe the team should include more white staff. I am not racist, but this didn’t only happen to me—this happens to everyone who goes there.”
Very helpful staff easily accessible for all and reassuring security officers throughout.
Hi I have been having issues with universal credit I have been trying to get incoact with these contact details I have WiFi and mobile data they did help before and it worked but still having technical problems with getting into my universal credit please can someone get in contact with me thank as every time I phone up they end the call when it goes through
