Very inaccessible services that seem to consistently make the lives of disabled people more difficult. Unhelpful staff that do not understand how departments link up. Emergency phone lines that are never monitored. Main phone lines that are never answered. Emails don't get responded to. No way to make a complaint unless you follow their very specific process which is once again completely inaccessible to some disabled people. No one to held accountable or to rectify this.
Quick 10 minutes stopover to get my first Covid-19 vaccination today. All done. Very quick indeed.
There are a few shops to buy from. It's a very busy place.. I like this place because it is a commercial zone.
Didnt realise until today there is a beautiful lake here! Beautiful grounds surrounding the centre. Deff worth a visit
As I said In an earlier review of some time ago,,,,,,nThe Civic Centre operates a lot better since the outbreak of Covid and the introduction of safe working practices they now operate.nNO queues and No people being offensive to staff in public buildings,nA Vast improvement.I was assisted by staff on arrival and did not experience any stress in achieving what I had visited the Civic centre for.nA Pleasant Experience
