Called to have my bmw bumper repaired. A guy answerd the phone was really rude. I told him somebody had initally repaired the bumper but done a bad job and his RUDE!!! Reply was go back to them then and cut me off the phone. Seems to me he ovisley doesnt like his job.

Don’t bother. Bloke walked out to look at my car, shrugged, made up a ridiculous price and walked off. Waste of time. Only go if your car is easy to fix!

Rip off merchants. Took my car down there and was quoted stupid money. No written quote or anything. All seemed a bit fishy to me...Making up prices as they were going along. Talking rubbish to me tell me that the wheels and axels had to come off to take a bumper of my car.. Ramping it up into a massive job. People need to remember that GOOGLE does exist. How to remove the bumper from a fiesta....erm.. Wouldn't go here at all. They will overcharge you and try to rip you off.

Very friendly and helpful, took my car in for mechanical work on the Tuesday and was told that it was a big job so would be a good couple of days before being able to collect my car. I received a call on the Wednesday morning saying my car was ready for collection. Very quick and trustworthy, would highly recommend.

We've used these guys a few times now and they've always been very honest and fair with everything. They got us through our MOT a couple of weeks ago, pointing out a number of things that would need fixing in the future without pressuring us to do it all there and then. Even for someone with minimal knowledge and understanding of these things, they take the time to explain issues in detail and make sure you never feel like you are being ripped off. Their prices are also extremely fair. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else in the Bromley area.
