We had a large order for a party on Saturday lunchtime. Nothing was too much trouble and the food arrived on time, piping hot and really delicious. We ordered a variety of meals, from fish to pizzas and burgers, and all were perfectly cooked. Thank you so much for all your hard work. Can't wait to order from you again.
Great! They offer delivery, Kebab meat seems tinned or boiled, salad ok and I like the fact that you can add it yourself to the meal but very basic lettuce, onion and not much else. Didn't try the chips because although I paid for them they didn't arrive, phoned them as the delivery guy left and they said that they would send them. Never did get them so for the price of Chips and the two curry sauces we couldn't use I have deducted the star rating. Won't use again there is so much better.
The worst food I have ever had!! First, we ordered in the shop and took it home with us, 6 minutes away. There we found out that not everything we ordered was there and what was there was stonecold. The mixed donner was that horrible I wouldnt even give it to my dog. After a phonecall they did send us a new order. Despite the fact I asked for crispy chips, the chips was rubbery, reheated but delivered cold, again. The batter was soggy and the fishcake cold again.their excuse was they were training staff.. they have a long way to go......
We have ordered and had deliveries of food over a couple of years, from this fish shop, the food is never hot enough and sometimes it tastes like the chips have been warned up from lunch time,it is so nice to be able to order in, there aren't.many places that deliver to Stevington, if only food was hotter.
Food was good however a 10min wait for a sausage, fish cake and chips at 7:45pm on a Saturday was a bit much. Lads taking the orders seemed a bit flustered and quite unorganised but the food was good small chips were very small.
Ordered via Just Eat. The order was delivered about 20 minutes earlier than advised on the app, however it took over 30 minutes to arrive after the app showed it out for delivery. I have used the Bromham chippy for a long time now and used to be very happy with the quality of the food, however it has been going down hill recently. Today the fish and chips were terrible, the chips were over cooked and so soggy that they were fused into one big lump. The batter on the fish was also soggy and the fish did not taste very nice. The soggy chips and batter could well have been due to the time between being cooked and delivery, but when paying for delivery the retailer should ensure a fast service. The over cooked chips should never have been served! Unfortunately this order was a complete waste of money it ended up in the dustbin.
Lovely food. The chips are always so fresh and cooked perfectly! The fish was nice and crispy and my children especially enjoy the fish cakes. This is now my favourite chip shop and we will become regulars! Staff are also very friendly and have a good laugh with customers waiting in the shop.
Been here a few times in passing and I've always received good customer service and tasty food. The burgers are very nice and so are the pizzas definitely one of my favourite places to get pizza from. The bogof deal is great as not many places offer that. Chips are done just the way I like them. No complaints here :
