I like to come to this post office whenever I start to feel over-confident or arrogant in my abilities and use the experience as a welcomed reality check. Staff bring you down a peg or two by making you feel worthless and deliver the most hostile customer service I've found anywhere on the Wirral. If there is an opportunity for staff to leave you feeling stupid because you can't see the blinding obvious, then they will excel and not hesitate to lower your self-esteem levels. Visit this post office for a reminder that life isn't all happy smiles and politeness. It's about suffering, despair and eventually, death.

Just been to Bromborough post office have to say fantastic service from the man who served me he went out of his way to help and did what I needed even though he didn't have to (as I'd made a mistake and come to the wrong branch! ) most helpful and great customer service

Go here if you want the staff to speak to you like you are something they just stepped in and charge what they like to post your parcels, avoid!

I think they are closed all Sundays. At the door its written that they are open till 1 but unfortunately closed :( however the staff are fairly nice specially the manager.

Poor customer service, depending on the server you get, some are OK and quite friendly but on a few occasions I have been treated rudely without reason.
