Found myself using this Post Office more since the HSBC bank closed, no problems, staff are fine, can get busy sometimes like any post office so picking a quiet time of the day to go can help.
We came with a difficult situation to sort. You guys were sensitive and very competent. I found this team to be excellent. Thank you
If I ran a Post Office, the lady with the black shorter hair C definitely wouldn’t be working there. Abrupt, condescending, shakes head at customers and generally looks incredibly unhappy to work there. Not a nice experience.
We use this post office on a weekly basis and most of the staff are friendly apart from one lady in particular who is incredibly rude and makes personal comments. Management need to have a chat with her
Staff are friendly but uninformed. Desperately needed to send an important package to Asia, I was told 5 days using recorded delivery. Royal mail said this Post Office branch had given me false information in this case after I posted plus the recorded delivery was lost in the UK although that's more likely Royal Mails fault In hindsight should have used DHL but the 5 day thing was so wrong and the result of the package not arriving in time cost me a lot of money.
Staff need re training when it comes to evri parcels and not be so rude. The women on the counter have an awful attitude.
We've been using this Post Office for years. Amazingly helpful staff who do a fantastic job, especially during the pandemic. Even when we moved and this wasn't our local anymore, we still use the Drop and Go service here and wouldn't go anywhere else. Top marks
Not been to this post office before, so searched for one near work and this was it. Read the reviews as I had time on my hands. Very worrying review regarding a really bad experience, Ncm I think. Anyhoo, had to send a large letter to the states, so I went in. Nice smile from the lady on the kiosk to start. To the back where the post ladies were and they were lovely. Mentioned the bad review and they were aware of it. Had a laugh about it. Sorted my letter out, took a pic of it for customer confidence and left. Just how a post office should be. Impressed. Ignore the bad review, its worthless. Paul.
I like to come to this post office whenever I start to feel over-confident or arrogant in my abilities and use the experience as a welcomed reality check. Staff bring you down a peg or two by making you feel worthless and deliver the most hostile customer service I've found anywhere on the Wirral. If there is an opportunity for staff to leave you feeling stupid because you can't see the blinding obvious, then they will excel and not hesitate to lower your self-esteem levels. Visit this post office for a reminder that life isn't all happy smiles and politeness. It's about suffering, despair and eventually, death.
If Royal Mail say a parcel is available to collect on a Sunday from here, they are lying or are inept. The post office is shut and you can not collect your parcel, however, they will gladly take your money to send a parcel. The lady behind the counter was friendly enough though.
