I'm happy with my GP and their different services. They usually get back to me / my family quicker than expected. They have a woman health clinic too. I feel like all their services are reliable. Also they are always making sure my baby is taken care of. I trust their professionalism. Hopefully this continues.
Booked my appointment via eConsult which was very easy to use. Received a phone call very soon after, so I could be booked in for an appointment same day. I was seen by Dr Drewer who was great, she was very helpful and kind. I really appreciate how simple the whole process was.
I had a phone consultation which was booked via econsult service. My phone call was received on time, the doctor was friendly and empathetic when I discussed my symptoms. I have a follow up appointment scheduled with the same doctor too, which is also very reassuring. Thank you

Getting increasingly difficult to get an app. If you try online, well, good luck to you and the virtual asistant, its useless and 9/10 times itll say you need to contact somebody at whatever number. I dont aprpeciate when ive been told id be contacted regarding my son health at some hour and doesnt happen, and when i call instead, im not even booked for a phone call. Happened several times. Also, whats the point on getting phone assistance when im ill? I want to see a doctor IN PERSON that can check on me. Most of the times im ill, i just let it go with the hope it passes because waiting 30 minutes or longer for someone yo pick up and having me in that very day or whenever its a bit of a joke. I pay my NI to go to a doctor when i need and i want, not to spend the morning on the phone. Get a decent online booking system and stop that online useless assistant, please. On the human side, workers are very nice but the way this place works regarding apps is a total disaster.
Excellent service towards patience care and treatment and was seen promplty with due care . Real example of a high quality NHS service in action . Should be templated and best practices shared with other surgeries across the UK
I cannot speak more highly of Dr Jamil who absolutely saved me today on a pre-wedding emergency. Such a fast-acting, kind and knowledgeable doctor who didn’t hesitate to help with immediate effect!
Etriage was very easy, received message within 24h for TC apt next day. Was called promptly and problem fully resolved. Very efficient and helpful.
Another patient assaulted my friend in the waiting room. The manager working refused to speak with police when they came and forbade receptionists working from doing so either. He missed his appointment and no one seemed to care. How can I help him make a complaint? He is disabled and has language difficulties
I often speak to an African woman on the phone who gives misinformation and very rude over the phone. I checked all the reviews of brocklebank and most of them said that same thing about the rude receptionist. I believe I am also indicating the same receptionist. Also I am not sure how far the online consultation form is effective and efficient as it asks all irrelevant questions especially about headache which we don’t have and try not to allow us to move forward to book the appointment. Other than that, the GPs are very nice and kind. I am delighted to have this GP except their online booking system and their rude receptionist
