XS Taekwon-do classes are led by Chief Instructor Marie McAneny – 5th Degree International Instructor with a team of professional full time Instructors.
Long and well established club, please note the training times are:
SUNDAYS:
Dragons (3 & 4 yrs) : 11am to 12pm
Rainbows (5 to 7yrs) : 12pm to 1pm
Juniors (8 to 12yrs) : 1pm to 2pm
Juniors (blue stripes & above) : 2pm to 3pm
Adults (13yrs and above) : 3pm to 4pm
MONDAYS:
Family class (All ages & all grades) : 4pm to 5pm
WEDNESDAYS:
Family class (All ages & all grades) : 4pm to 5pm

THURSDAYS:
