The studio was very easy to find , the staff were amazing was greeted on entry and didn’t have to wait long at all. We was offered refreshments. I came with my children and they were very friendly too!! The makeup ladies were very nice and making me feel comfortable. The camera man he was amazing and had so much patience especially because my son was not co-operating he did so much to keep my son entertained during the photoshoot session I am entirely greatfull
Broadway Studios were really professional. We felt like royalty having our hair and make-up done, and the shoot and viewing of our photos was a fun-filled experience. The only downside is the location, as the surrounding area isn't great, but once you're inside, it is a different world and the studio team are great!
Great photos but rife with up-charging and rude, pushy behavior. Photographer was nice as were the hair and makeup team but the photo editor, sales team and the referrals staff were pushy and greedy. We felt quite bullied and trapped to make bigger purchases than we wanted. Would recommend if you can handle being rinsed for only a handful of nice pictures.
This is a item specific review: Studio reception area 4/5 normal, accommodating,expansive, well lit. You can see the make up studio area , so great Receptionist: 4/5 lovely staff at front of office, attentive to clients Makeup artist 5/5 she was brilliant, really knew her art and beautiful energy. Photo area floor space 3/5 it’s ok, a bit stifled in terms of prop variety ratio to surface area. Photographer 3.5/5 ok, not bad, a bit more of a commanding influence would improve the photos I think, as the photographer sets the tone through the rapport. Not too sure about the camera used. Not the best I have experienced. Photo viewing, 3.5/5 not bad, a bit more energy and clarity. Overall package product: not bad , nothing different from other marketed products. But very nice try. Thank you
Responded to a "free photoshoot" and I saw on social media. Did my research before booking in read reviews here + photo prices on their website & although I spent far more on digital photos than what I had intended, I was so pleased with the entire experience. Would highly recommend.
Working with Broadway Studios has been the best decision I have made in my career as a new model. From the moment I entered the studios I had a great experience throughout from staff at reception to the make up artist, photographer and PR person. I love the photos and have been getting a lot of praise from them even getting job opportunities from them. Personally, I feel proud and confident about myself that I can look good and this professional even without major filters, digitally altered. I would recommend Broadway Studios to anyone and will definitely return for more shoots in the future.
We had our shoot back in May as we needed to update our family portrait to include our new addition. The whole experience from start to finish was amazing. The team was friendly and very accommodating, and once the shoot was completed and it came to selecting our photos, there was no pressure in up selling that I thought we were going to get. Highly recommend and will definitely book again.
Our family had a great day out at Broadway Studios! It was me and my 3 children. All the staff was really friendly and helpful and the photographer had great ideas and suggestions for us. We took 2 change of clothes and we had a good amount of time to take pictures with different backgrounds and props. The kids were almost always engaged and the result is beautiful. I bought a set of pictures and I have them on our picture wall. I definitely recommend Broadway Studios for family portraits!
The experience we had at the Broadway Studios was amazing and a very nice opportunity to spend quality family time. as you arrive they look after you and make you feel relaxed, preparing you to the shooting with hair dresser and make-up artists. The photographer are very kind and make you feel comfortable, proposing the best poses to make the most out of the shooting. It's very much recommended to use the discount packages that they propose few days before the shooting since the cost of the photo is quite relevant and with the discounts you can make good deals. I choose digital photos which were sent in few days to my mail address and I'm quite happy of the overall quality of the service. Already recommended to a bunch of friends who has already taken advantage and did their shooting as well!
what an amazing service at Broadway Studios!! From the minute you walked in to when you leave. All the staff were friendly, welcoming and the photographer was amazing at what she did!! Staff offered beverages and made me feel at ease as I was nervous. And the outcome definitely came awesome leaving me a happy customer thank you so much
