Awful service Should not be allowed to use Post Office sign ! Unhelpful staff the one who served me an Asian woman said they do not provide Royal Mail 24 or 48 services after asking numerous times and her looking at me as if I she did not know what I meant ! She then tried selling me a Hermes service. I would rather eat worms . In the end I had to use a Parcel Force service which was 30% more than I normally pay. Will never go there again ! We have sent over 2000 items at various post offices in York over the last few years and have never experienced such unhelpful arrogant poor service like this before ! She seemed to deliberately go out of her way to make a simple transaction as difficult as possible
I absolutely love this post office… I will go out of my way to post all my business and personal items there. I love the opening times and they always greet me kindly. I’ve noted on a few occasions people not being respectful and I applaud them for dealing with difficult customers. They have a good choice of magazines too! Thank you very much for being such an asset to the area.
The staff are rude and arrogant when it comes to navigation around the shop and tense up whenever they see young people enter the store. Please educate your staff on people with hidden disabilities we do exist! Extremely judgemental and NOT discreet about it in the slightest! We should be wanting to make people feel welcome and apart of the community and NOT like they are prisoners about to be served their final meal. They treat children absolutely appallingly as if they were never once kids themselves! Kindness is free yet they seem to be needing a reminder of that! I seriously hope this place starts to sharpen itself out soon as by my experience I will NOT be returning anytime soon!
The staff has got some bad attitude. Feels there’s no training for communication with customers. There are polite ways to talk and don’t know why the staff chose to avoid all of them but only being so rude.
Honestly don't deserve one star...shocking . Been in twice now just to pick up parcels and both times have been awful experiences . Bad staff attitude ..people that don't know the meaning of been friendly or nice . Don't read the couple of fake reviews on here just read the bad ones as they tell the truth . Some people can't be trained
