WE took four pairs of curtains to be shortened and dry cleaned , and we were very pleased excellent service we will definitely use them again

Every time I've been to Johnsons dry cleaners I've regretted it: appalling customer service; terrible results. Every time I've been to Broadway I've been totally impressed: brilliant results, and the guys can't do enough for you.

Avoid Broadway. I sent in 2 pairs of expensive trousers for dry cleaning via local shop. One pair was cleaned perfectly. The other pair was 'lost'. After a month of excuses, I demanded compensation. Did you know that they will only give 5 times the cleaning fee as compensation! However, since anything it better than nothing I accepted the offer. This is where the lying started. The cheque had been sent, the cheque had been sent recorded delivery, but nothing was ever received. Three months later they claimed they had found the item. The trousers had been totally wrecked. They went in 6 months old and dirty and came back looking 10 years old with stains. They are only fit for the bin now. At less they felt quilty enough not to charge me. Avoid Broadway if you can. If not be aware that they have no concept of customer service.
