I took my car in for a suspected slipping clutch and was told there was nothing wrong with the car from the mechanic at broadway garage. I wasn’t in agreement that there was nothing wrong so I took it for a second opinion. My clutch was so worn it would have failed within 100 miles. The receptionist was friendly and accommodating but this garage obviously doesn’t like to take on big jobs and I think it was negligent of them to tell me my car was fine when it was actually dangerous to be driving it.
It's the only garage that has E5 petrol in the whole of the West Wight!
No standard unleaded but yes to super unleaded and diesel. Great service, no queues. Services and MOT undertaken with a good reputation locally.
As always, 1st class friendly service.
Friendly and efficient staff helped when our car's alternator packed up... even arranged transport to our planned outing. Picked up the car early and we really appreciated the efforts the staff went to to sort out the car.
MOT's carried out with respect for your vehicle but for some reason they can't or won't undertake MOT's on electric vehicles. The excuse they gave me was, well, unconvincing to say the least.ServicesService not listed
