I've been going here for a few months now and never had a bad experience. My daughter and mother have also been there and were pleased with the results. The only thing is they are busy and booking in advance is a good idea for females. For men, i don't usually have to wait long, but I do call sometime to find out if available. All round they have been really good for me and my family.
Hello my hair was cut and styled by a lady named Sue and she is brilliant my hair looked great i haven't had my hair look this good in ages well done Sue i want you to be my hairdresser from now on x
Lady barber cut both of my sons' hair for them and did a fantastic job correcting their hair that had been really badly cut previously. She listened to what we wanted and managed to achieve it. Very friendly. So pleased with their hair cuts and to have finally found a great barber. Would highly recommend
My first visit. Very satisfied with the service received and the interaction between the hairdresser and myself. Will definitely return. Second visit, different hairdresser, trying to be "one of the boys", personally I wasn't impressed. May well consider going elsewhere for my next haircut, sorry.

Was greeted by a very Rude and blunt Person for my hair appointment as i walked in for appointment.
Very bad hospitality. I am just 5 minutes late due to traffic.the lady with short hair said we have to cancel your appointment and need to rebook you.pathetic
Been going there for several years and they are usually good. I had an appointment for 2pm and arrived on time but the hairdresser was still dealing with someone. I wasn't acknowledged by any one of the 3 staff members 2 of which, in the men's section, had no customers. I sat down and waited 20 minutes to be seen. There was no apology for the wait and no real welcome. Haircut was ok but service this time was shoddy.
I have been going to this barbers for a few years now and I’ve never had a problem. However I had my hair cut by the woman with short hair and glasses not so long back and she completely messed it up. Both sides were uneven and it looked like it had been cut with a knife and fork. I went back the next day and the manager was more than happy to try her best to sort it out. The only time I go back in is when the manager is working.
