Brilliant kennels. Looked after my dogs multiple times. I’ve got a very nervous/shy dog who the staff especially Libby have worked really hard with to build his confidence. He has come home from this stay in such great condition, he hasn’t been stressed or on “hunger  strike” like he normally does if I leave him. Thank you.

They took great care of my dog while I was working out of the country. Aside from a very minor early blip in communication, I intend to make use of their services again.

Very safe and clean. Staff are friendly. Our dog always comes out with a sore throat but I think that’s probably from all the barking she must do while we are gone.

First time user of Broadmarsh, and was not disappointed. Our beloved dog, Saffy, had never boarded before, so naturally we were anxious about leaving her. Discussing the arrangements beforehand by telephone, Manny invited us over to show us around before committing.  The facilities are ideal, and all of your pet’s needs are catered for. Special attention is given to ensuring that vaccine records are correct and up to date, which is very reassuring. We dropped off Saffy at the appointed time, with her favourite toys, and were able to go off and enjoy our holiday with peace of mind.  On collecting her two weeks later, we were given a summary of Saffy’s experiences during her stay, and it was very clear that the staff member had got to know her really well. When Saffy was brought back to us, she seemed happy and was wagging her tail before she even realised that she was being reunited with us. She had obviously had a lovely time during her stay. She was in excellent condition, smelt wonderful, and had maintained her normal weight.  We would not hesitate to use Broadmarsh again in the future, and have already recommended them to our family and friends.

These great people looked after my boy rocky for 1 month and took extra care really great place I'm gonna even pop down and drop them and a tip for staff and a donation for the kennels I'm that happy. Definitely would recommend

We've used broadmarsh a number of times over the years, initially with our staffie and now with our ebt too. The staff fill us with confidence and the dogs are always happy to be handed over and seem well looked after when we collect them. It means we can actually relax when we go away!

Our dog always enjoys his visits to Broadmarsh; he goes in happy and comes out happy. Reasonable prices for walks and other services. Always try to accommodate the dates that are required. We have used multiple times and would definitely recommend.

They looked after our 2 g shepherds for 10 days .they loved it they didn't want to leave there carer...without hesitation if we need kennels they will be our first choice....

We boarded our dog here for 12 days recently. As he has a delicate digestive system we provided all his food for the stay and agreed detailed feeding instructions including allowable treats. Upon collecting our dog we noticed he had lost a significant amount of weight despite being assured by the kennel hand he had been eating well. Overall our dog had lost 4Kg in 12 days and it has taken us 3 weeks to get him back to his normal weight - he wasn't a fat dog to start with. Upon raising this issue with the kennels we were told that our dog had been eating but had been VERY active during his stay and thus must have burnt off both the calories from his food and the 4kg in weight. Our dog is always active and his normal meal plan maintains him at a stable weight so the explanation was at best tenuous. Our dog clearly wasn't eating for whatever reason and despite the kennels having our contact details made no attempt to contact us or advise us of the issue when we collected him. Will not be using them again!.
