Visited this bus stop while accompanying my wife for an interview at Trinity Square. I was pleasantly surprised by how clean it was, especially compared to London Victoria bus station. The toilets were well-kept too, which was great. I didn’t notice any café or quick food options inside, but if you step outside, there are plenty of places within a five-minute walk.
The bus station is clean and has facilities like toilets, free 20 minute drop off parking and lifts to take your to/from the car park. There isn’t much here other than some seats, and a ticket office/machines for national express. It does the job, but is nothing fancy. Would be useful to have some refreshments but it ticks the box of a bus station.
It's definitely one of the better bus stations in the UK! Not overcrowded, friendly and helpful staff, clean toilet access, and reliable bus services running throughout the day and night
For years it has just been the norm for a bus station to smell of urine and nicotine no matter how long the smoking ban has been in place but this nice, shiny, new bus station is very smart. Good signage and communication, lots of seats. Very nice.
One of the cleanest bus stations I have ever visited. But I'm partial to everything Nottingham. So organized. So clean. The staff are also so helpful. I have always loved visiting. But Transport is expensive in Nottingham. So safely back home.
