Just had a new oak parquet floor in my lounge. The whole experience, from meeting Andrew in the Llandeilo store, selecting, ordering and engaging their fitter, and completion was trouble-free. I am absolutely delighted with the result and highly recommend both Andrew and Broadleaf, Llandeilo. Also big praise goes to the fitter Shane of GMT Carpentry Contractors for his excellent work.
Great service both in store and during fitting. This is the second time we have used Broadleaf in Llandeilo and have been impressed on both occasions. Andrew was patient and so helpful in helping us with our selections. And fitting by Dai was expertly done. We are so pleased with the end result.
Where do I begin ! The whole experience of choosing and buying wooden flooring from Andrew In Llandeilo has been top class, from our initial visit to the shop to the day it was delivered .His expert knowledge ,endless patience a woman’s prerogative to change her mind and brilliant commuication-loved the e-mails - made the experience most enjoyable. Delivery was prompt on the given date , all arrived in perfect condition . The floor is absolutely beautiful , totally love it and I cannot recommend Broadleaf enough !

We ordered our oak flooring from the Llandeilo Branch and can but praise Mr Andrew Barrat for his advice, guidance and patience. Likewise, Mr Leighton Jenkins, who laid the wood flooring for us, was excellent! Thanks to both gentlemen as we now have a superb oak floor!
Their doors may be lovely but their customer service is less than 1 star - 8 doors delivered without the hinges or receivers, wrong door latch sent etc, - No apology forthcoming and absolutely no urgency in sorting out the problem and getting the required parts to the fitter...... NOT a happy customer! BTW Andrew Barratt giving the 5 star review below is the salesman from the Llandeilo shop!
