Just wanted to share my experience with this surgery. I would give the surgery 10/10 for how helpful and caring they have been.nnI’ve always had great communication from the surgery when ever i have had a query.nnStaff appear very keen to help in the best way they can
This medical centre has become completely ridiculous with doctors who wrongly diagnose . Don't understand and then continue to believe there right when there wrong. Over the past year I was not believed by them for multiple symptoms I was having making it out that it was my anxiety causing the problems and looking at me like im crazy few months later amd it turns out I got an AVM in my brain and would need surgery or radiation to cure this . I then later on got told I have an ear tumor when I didn't. And taking my son there amd telling them we think he has a hernia from a baby we was told continously it wasn't a hernia and once again a year later after it popped back out, in a scan it turns out to be a hernia. This surgery is beyond a joke and should not be allowed to continue with the doctors that work there. Would not recommend to anyone that actually wants to live.
Very very poor receptionist ruth.nShould not of needed to get my consultant involved, because the above receptionist would not engage with me as to why medication was incorrect. Refused to allow me to speak to anyone senior who could explain the situation.nRepeatly tried to shut down my requests of an explanation, with a rude off hand manner.nAsking for an explanation or for someone senior to speak to. was treated with total distain.
I registered with this GP online and within a few days I was registered. Nicely done. A few days after registering, I wanted to book an appointment and I got 1 within 3 weeks for a problem I've had for a year. Today was that appointment and I was seen within 5 minutes of waiting and earlier than my actual appointment. The GP saw me and sent my prescription the pharmacy. Better than my last GP that wanted me to call at 8am for an appointment and I couldn't even get 1 for nearly a damn year. So glad I switched.nnThank you
I have tried three GPs around the area, but by far this is the best one. Today I came in with a serious problem, and I had a doctor who was really kind and helped me thoroughly. I am very happy and pleased, I thank you doctor Annan Anthony, he really takes care of his patients. I had an online appointment with Javed and he was very nice aswell, truly amazing doctors.
