The Broadhouse building is very close to Rayners Lane station and the high street. You can easily find anything you need here, such as groceries and Indian restaurants. The area is safe, making it a great place for singles or couples to live.nnKrina smith is your go to person , if you need any assistance.nnCentral London is only 30 minutes away from this property. A major advantage of Rayners Lane is the access to both the Piccadilly and Metropolitan lines. The airport is also easily accessible from here.nnThis is one of the best places to live, with shops open until midnight. Iceland, Tesco, and Sainsbury's are all very close to the property. You'll enjoy living in Rayners Lane.nnI have attached photos of property and rayners lane. The water pressure is good. If any issue comes team is very responsive. Hope everyone have a good stay at Broad House.
I've been a tenant for 4 months, I'm happy with the service and the management team of the building, they really responds quickly to my concerns, team is nice and respectful, I had experience with krina Smith as she solves one of my problems, another staff as well Victoria she's also great. I hope they do good service as well when checking out and protecting my deposit.
Have rented out a single bedroom flat here for an year. The processes was all smooth, had timely updates and communication. The person who handled us Mr Matthew Jacobs was really helpful and reachable at anytime for any issues. Highly recommended for for anyone looking for accommodation for a small family.
Living at Broad House in Harrow has been a great experience! The building is well-maintained, with modern amenities and spacious apartments. The location is perfect, close to Harrow on the Hill station and shopping areas. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for convenience and comfort!
Excellent proximity to underground station, Rayners Lane,nPlenty of shops around for shopping essentials and Grocery.nnI am living for past one month and building management and letting agency has been cooperative and helped in settling down herennI had worked with Krina from GCP she had provided with video for virtual viewing also accomdated my change of plans and rent request.nnHouses have good ventilation giving you good daylight. Also electric heating is for each room thereby saving on the cost.nnAll goods in the apartment are brand new. Sofa and mattress were replaced on request.
