i would like to reply to a review on here, one review has suggested that we do not allow anyone to use the self service while we are staffed, It is true that we are now staffed 6 days a week, we made this decision to make it easier for customers to drop off and collect  service washes, and to be there to help customers who wish to use the self service,  We welcome all customers at any time of the day, it is not our policy to turn anyone away, as we know that was the policy of the previous owners and staff.  and if any customers want to use our machines themselves  we will always make a machine and dryer available and we are trying to make it better for our self service customers by investing in new machines, for service washes we do try when possible to get them back the same day if possible but depending on the size of the service wash and content (duvets always take longer) but when we are extremely busy some service washes will take 24 hours. 
please come and use our services and see for yourself the improvements we are making.

Nothing changes then!! Now have to wait till 4 p.m to do washing as they do service washes 6 days a week now apart frm Sunday's!! Which I work. Have just taken washing dwn for service wash ( 9 a.m) to be told it wont be ready until tomorrow!!!!  I know they have a lot to do~ but 6 days a week ~ and still have to wait 😵😭😱
