I visited Brittens Music hoping to buy a banjo as a gift for my 85 year old dad. I received excellent service from Steve who gave me professional advice and his personal recommendation, suffice to say my dad loves it, it’s given him a whole new instrument to learn. Thank you so much.
Amazing music shop! Staff so friendly & helpful! I needed a part for my son’s guitar which they even fixed it on for me and even tuned it and tightened some of the loose parts. I would definitely recommend them!nFantastic customer service!
Really helpful and knowledgeable staff, not pushy at all. Really happy with the purchase we made. Steve provided excellent customer service ensuring the guitar we ordered before Christmas still got to us on time when Tier 4 restrictions forced the shop to close. Would definitely recommend.
Brittens Music recently sorted me out with a cello case. The staff are super friendly and can't do enough to help customers. I'll definitely be coming back for any of my musical instrument needs and would highly recommend the shop :
I've used Brittens a number of times over the years and they have always been super helpful with sourcing grading books and were especially helpful when I was looking to buy a Cello, allowing me to trial a couple for an extended time and they swapped strings to allow me to get a comparison in the sound and feel. This is the difference between buying online and using a knowledgeable highstreet shop and is worth paying a little more to get the right instrument. Saying that, their pricing is very competitive.
