Excellent service and company to deal with! Really impressed with the new roof in such a short time frame! These guys are excellent - especially Kelly and Darren! Don't bother getting a local builder, use Britmet; they came out cheaper and better quality!
Great product and amazing service every time, especially today from Mali going above and beyond to make sure we have our tiles here on time for a holiday lodge leaving Monday!
Phoned up for technical advice and quote and spoke to Kelly Wells who was extremely helpful. She gave me all the advice I needed, quote was emailed over very efficiently and order was made same day with delivery booked in for three days time ready for when I need it on the weekend. I initially thought being a private customer with a relatively small order I would not have been given as much time and patience as I did which made the experience very easy. Kelly was brilliant and I look forward to fitting the tiles to see how they look.
What a speedy service. Nothing but praise for both Sharon and Kelly. Sample requests were received within a couple of days and once my decision was made, obtaining a quotation and ordering was speedy and effortless. Staff have a really good knowledge of their products and provide a friendly professional service. Would definitely order from them again.
Great customer service and excellent communication from Kelly , product was delivered promptly and now it has been installed on my extension with a low pitch issue by their recommended installer I'm really pleased.
I contacted Kelly at Britmet with a view to supplying a quote for roofing materials to replace our roof which had been destroyed by, of all things, squirrels! She was incredibly helpful and over a period of time whilst things this end kept stopping the order completing, she and the rest of the Britmet team kept us up to date with the quote and arranged the safe, secure shipping direct to us for subsequent fitting. On that note I would like to add that this system is a pleasure to work with and quickly installed. Kelly made this a stress free experience. Her extensive knowledge of the product allowed her to answer all my technical queries very quickly and with ease. The revised the quotation for a couple of minor amendments within minutes allowing me to place the order in a timely fashion. A great service.
First class service and first class products, my experience was so positive it persuaded me to write this review which is something I rarely do. The customer care and attention given is a Gide to how all companies should treat their customers. Great service, Fast, reliable and very helpful.
First time using product and it did the job well. Ordering was good and communication was good. Product was to replace an old style conservatory roof to a lightweight "slate look" and that was achieved. Delivery came pallet wrapped and the only criticism is that several 12/87 slates had stacking marks on them, so had to leave these till last for cut downs, a bit of a pain but we sorted it. Wastage was less than using slate. One other thing to remember doing this yourself wipes out the guarantee, something the company should look at, the product is reasonably easy to fit, video tutorial is available, so not sure why the need to wipe the guarantee? Overall I would use this product again should I do another conversion. Cheers Pablo
