Perfect, I received my courtesy car from Enterprise, I spoke Sophie, Katie and Kevin all on multiple time as they kept me updated as to if I was receiving a courtesy car obviously was down to insurance not Enterprise. When picking the car up and dropping the car back off I didn't have a single problem, even picking the car up the paperwork was done quick, within 5 minutes. Didn't have a single problem with the car and I can't fault the service I received and thank you so much! Most importantly thank you to Kevin for all his help and for answering all my ridiculous questions as I was so unaware of what was happening as my insurance company didn't explain anything and this was my first car accident and courtesy car. Thank you all so much!

Booked a car but got a jobs worth attitude from Katie the manager Car not available for 3 hours . The reception was lovely but took 10 minute to complete documentation only to be told car not available!
Katie and Sophie, are professional and very helpful. On the day of hire I had already booked in and had a Enterprise ready pass, which is to quicken things up which was a great help. Sophie, showed me around the vehicle and explained all the terms and conditions of hire and what to do if we needed help or if we had a breakdown which was helpful and reassuring. Katie, was on hand to check us back in at the end of the hire. Katie checked over the vehicle again spot on checked inside and out, all Ok. The van was spotlessly clean and ran like a dream we had a couple of hundred miles to cover over a few days so needs a reliable vehicle. We have used other vehicle hire, in the area but Enterprise 193 Old Road Clacton-On-Sea were the BEST for vehicles and service thanks Katie and Sophie, we will be using Enterprise again.
I regularly hire vehicles from from the Clacton on Sea branch of Enterprise Car and Van Hire and to date have not been disappointed. The vehicles are clean, tidy and well presented. I have always been well briefed by the friendly and personable staff and the turn around is quick, effective and efficient.Thanks to the Clacton Enterprise team

the service is absolute rubbish I booked and paid for a car rental for this weekend then I called the office in clacton Essex with a question only to be told that they had no cars available and I would have to wait 7 days to get my money back. I travel a lot and have never had such bad service I normally use avis all over the world I will never use enterprise again. My advice is if you use enterprise phone and make sure they have a car.
I really thought this was a good hire company they charge £413 plus £200 so that becomes £613 then they took another £67.90 so now can't even get my own back after the deposit has been paid in I can't see how it is £70 to fill a fiat 500 red from £200 to £131 refund is a big chunk won't be coming back you eaters
Allowed me to book a van out of hours for 8am the next day, told me at 8am the next day they didn't have a van and I would have to wait a few hours for it to come to clacton, I paid for 8 till 6 not midday till 6. I was then told I could wait till it showed up in clacton or get a refund, them knowing full well you can't get a refund after your appointment time. Stole £70, no van, never again.
Very helpful, my car went in to have insurance work done, had a great courtesy car for nearly 2 weeks. Very clean vauxhall insignia. Staff were superb, very thorough in all aspects & even collected me from home to fill out the paperwork at their office. Very impressed and will certainly use Enterprise again should I need to. Thank you.
