I regularly donate to this branch and have great feedback. Visited to donate four bags of clothing only to be told they were not taking any donations! I had checked their website for opening times, why could that information be placed on it I wonder how many people have arrived at the branch and then taken their donations elsewhere like me, thus losing BHF much needed revenue.

Tip 1 If you're going to charge ebay prices learn how to use ebay first what an item is listed for isn't what it sells for  Tip 2  Don't try and sell stuff in line with CEX  pricing see reasons why below   You don't pay business rates   you don't pay all staff   you don't pay for the stock your selling  Tip3  move dvds etc further away from the till so staff aren't  constantly pushing past customers

Customer service good enough, HOWEVER, I bought a brand new belt last month and as soon as I put it on for the VERY FIRST time, the pin snapped, disappointing!

Lovely charity shop with friendly staff and good prices.

The prices are waaaaaaay too high!

Change the timings here as well please
