Bags per pallet now reduced from 100 to 75 which given that the per pallet delivery cost has not changed will effectively increase both the number of deliveries required and thus increase the overall cost.

We have our pellets blown in to our Edinburgh home. Staff in the office are very efficient, friendly and polite. The delivery drivers work clean and tidy and are trustworthy.

Really slow getting delivery and no communication from Brites as to why or when our delivery would arrive. Not very helpful when I phoned to chase up after waiting 10 days. Had been told 8-10 days delivery. Now looking like a chilly Christmas
