A move of a large family home of 15 years in France to their storage unit for several  months and then to next house was amazing. The men at both ends of the move were fantastic though I rate the guys who came to France as absolutely the tops. All done during covid/lockdown months but still done with efficiency, care and humour. Also Storage staff absolutely brilliant and helpful. Prices very competitive. Definitely 5 gold stars.

I’ll be honest, given the ratings/reviews left by other clients, my wife and I were a little apprehensive. They gave a very reasonable quote and we had no issues with our initial dealings with their office. On the day, the three gents arrived punctual and well presented. They were very polite, couldn’t be more helpful and generally nice to be around; they were great with our little boy. Moreover, they went on to very carefully move us out inside two and a half hours and then into our new house in much the same time. They went above and beyond. In short, we can’t recommend them highly enough.

Their quote will be amongst one of the lowest you’ll get for removal and they’ll tell you exactly what you want to hear ... unfortunately they won’t provide the promised service at all. Don’t bother with their packing service as they might not turn up at all.  And they may turn up at lunch time rather than the morning despite assurances to the contrary for the removal itself you may find that your purchasers turn up before you’ve moved out because they are so slow. Their manager will go to lengths to avoid apologising and make up excuses to avoid accepting they’ve fallen short with their service.

I just wholeheartedly agree with Dave on this one, these guys broke an heirloom of my family that had been with us for several generations and when I confronted them with it they simple stopped packing my belonging, and ran over my cat. My disappointment is immeasurable and my day is ruined
