I want to complement Britannia Movers International for a truly professional job in handling our shipment from Port of London to our home in Surrey. The arrangements from the initial conversation through the delivery, offloading then unpacking of our possessions was first class. Anyone relocating to the UK would be advised to ensure Britannia Movers International are the company handing their possessions. We were not disappointed in any way throughout the whole experience.  Our three workers on a hot day - Kieran, Brady and Nigel - were simply smashing! Not literally, obviously.

Laura and the logistics team did a great job preparing me for my move in date. The two guys that did it their names escape me unfortunately! were really professional and friendly even in the face of some adverse conditions rain and no lift!. Nothing but a good experience.

Thank You, Britannia... for an experience that was as stress-free as possible, given that we are moving continents. From the packing and loading of our goods, to the off-loading of the container in the UK, Britannia's service was excellent.

Not honoured initial verbal agreement to the tune of £1000+ Moved from Charente France to West Yorkshire in June. Original conversations with Britannia resulted in a verbal agreement that the estimate would be based on our move out in 2007 1950 cu ft with Whitby Oliver of York [Britannia] and when I stated that we would be bringing home less was told that if that was the case then an adjustment would be made. When the wagon was loaded in France , the driver estimated that there was 1750 cu ft ie 200 cu ft less than the original estimate or 89.7% load. On a bill of 10000 + this is an overcharge of more than £1000. On reporting this when we got back to the UK and having to continually remind them I have today finally been told that I should have notified them of a lesser load before they arrived and also they did not make any extra charge for fuel increase when they could have done. As they did not send an estimator and agreed that an adjustment would be made then this is dishonesty
