Very impressed with Bristol Water's performance in detecting and resolving a water leak under our cobbled drive. In the first instance the fella who found the leak and advised us was very informative, then the guy who scheduled the repair was very flexible and helpful. The two guys from Remac who dug up the drive and fixed the leak were super-efficient & finally the guy who re-laid the cobbled surface around a different sized water meter cover actually levelled out a pre-existing slight bump and improved how the drive looked... really neat work.nTop class work by all involved : O
Absolute nightmare to deal with. Constantly promise callbacks never to give any, never give any consistent information. I followed an inspectors advice now I am being threatened with prosecution, yet any attempt I make to get the issue rectified is ignored. They aren't even sure the problem is on my property yet are happy to threaten me. Basically con men just chancing it.
I genuinely can't believe how good Bristol Water's customer service is. The phone never even rings before being answered by a friendly, helpful and efficient member of staff. I had a small bill to pay and they just wrote it off without asking.nEvery time I've contacted them they have always been professional and eager to help. Happy to pay the water bill!
Absolutely tops staff pleasantly super helpfull.nThey are easy to talk to and lovely manners, no wait times, perhaps its due to being and living in Bristol, bristolians are caring and friendly innature. And are multi cultural town .
No issues at all with Bristol Water, which is the sign of a good Utility! They are prompt to reply to any customer queries. I also had concerns about lead pipes in my 100 year old home. Bristol Water sent a technician to my house to take samples for lead testing, which confirmed no issue. They did this for free - very impressed!
