My husband and I are in our eighties. In August 2015 Brisbane Design Studio fitted a "state of the art" shower room for us and told us that if any little thing went wrong (like a light bulb needing replacement) they would be on hand to do it. About three months ago the pop-up plug in the wash-hand basin broke and I reported it to them, expecting a quick repair. I have been back to them three times and as yet nothing has been done - their excuses, such as their suppliers have sent the wrong size (!) are feeble to say the least. Meanwhile the inconvenience continues we are waiting, waiting, waiting.......
