I bought some pastries, delights and pizza slices from La Brioche. I really like the taste and good prices! The cherry pie was great, but my favourite is the pizza!
Looks like a nice place. Usually have good food and drinks but did actually find an ant in one of the pastries. Was nearer to the end of the day so I definitely recommend coming early when things are fresh.
We came at around 9AM on a Sunday to try out something for breakfast. At the time, no labels had peen put out in the display case, so we just went with something that looked familiar, pain au chocolat. The filling was a bit sweet, but overall okay. Service was average. Just another standard café experience.
Hand made kosher cakes...bread...Great place for breakfast...lovely coffee...amazing service...highly recommended
DISAPPOINTED!!! I am rather trying to live healthy life style and to eat less of carbs such as pastries during the week, but there were few Sundays, that I couldn't resist from a sweet sin! So as Brioche was on my way, I bought an apple strudle to start with. My husband was shocked! Raw dough, tasted like mold, bitter, apples spilled all over, literally not edible- binned it! Next try was few days ago, with custard creamed ones...Either unsuccessful! Its absolutely disgusting how they tasted! I can't even explain it- smelled like a wet stinky sock, bitter-salty-sour...And of course, undercooked...Four pounds for just 2 average pieces...TERRIBLE! Thanks for making me  favour- every time those non edible pastries will appear in my memories, I rather will stick to my healthy diet...
Their cheesecakes are incredible, so is their rogelach. Coffee is great. That's it though. Not much selection, some things are overpriced. İt's called La Brioche, meanwhile they don't even sell brioche. Not sure why changing a few things in my bagel was a big deal either.
Bought bread rolls from them five days ago and put them in the fridge. Went to use a few of them today and they were mouldy all over. I went back to the store to explain what had happened and asked if I could be compensated and they refused. They said the bread only lasts 1-2 days. I expect things like this from Tesco or Aldi but not from a place that charges 80p for one small roll. Never going back here again. Overpriced goods with an half baked service.
Ive just been today there and I get nothing but a burnt croissant sandwich they forgot it in the toaster ‍ .The taste was awful, such a shame cuz this pattiserie use to be my fav one. They used to have a wide range of sandwiches but no more. After today experience… never again.
Brought two croissants, thought the were a little expensive but they were excellent and well the money. Shouldn't be a miser. Will be using again.
Great selection of products. Nicely furnished and very clean. Coffee was really very nice and table service was quick. The staff were very pleasant, courteous and efficient. Pricing ££ but pastries a level above many other bakeries.
