Adam  I hope you still remember grey Nukeproof Dissent mullet DH and a complete suspension set up you have done for me. I just got back from holiday in Switzerland 10 days of riding, having Matterhorn in the background each day. Thank you very much mate for making my Nuke a missile literally. This bike is another level, especially at speed. I thought my Enduro Nuke Mega with 170 mm travel can take a beating but this thing ...... is like bedroom pillow. Heavier obviously but gains speed like no other bikes ever experienced. Coil spring with Boxxer Select Forks on my Nuke Dissent, compared to Rockshock Yari + Super Deluxe on my Mega are like two different Worlds to learn about.  Once again, massive thanks to you and the knowledge - Mr. Adam Thomas  Bart.

Everyone at brink is super helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. They sorted me out a fantastic deal on this marin in the photo. Helped me out with getting the bike setup perfectly haven't changed a thing. Customer service like these guys offer isn't something we often get to experience, anymore but buying anything through these guys has been an absolute pleasure. Would highly recommend and will definitely will be continuing to use them for my all my mtb needs

A genuine display of old fashioned great customer service! Had an issue with a bike that was purchased as Christmas present for my son, the boys at Brink moved heaven and earth to make sure it was resolved prior to the big day !  Rarely nowadays do you deal with a company or people that actually care about the products and services they provide but these guys definitely do, I can’t recommend them highly enough!! I recently ordered a Specialised Status Ohlins Edition from Brink which, through no fault of Brink's, was held up during delivery.  Without hesitation, Lee Brink Sales Manager took ownership of the problem, and half a day later I had my new bike at home, 160 miles away!  The bike itself is awesome and I don’t expect that I’d find better customer service anywhere.  I’d recommend Brink to anyone and I’ll definitely be returning as a customer in the future.

Genuinely good. From initial contact to walking out the door with a bike and a massive grin, they couldn't have been more helpful or informative. Masses of unbiased advice and recommendations on the sale and then the guys at Plush dialed it in on collection. Credit where credit is due, big thanks.

Purchased my Turbo Levo from Brink.  From initial enquiry to after sales support, I can’t fault them.  Special mention to Lee for all his help and advice when buying and also to Will for arranging a very fast warranty turn around when 'user error' resulted in snapping the battery door off.  Friendly, professional and would not hesitate to use again.

I am a relatively new customer to Brink.  Fantastic team who have used their wealth of knowledge to resolve all of my biking conundrums.   I would highly recommend Brink to anyone.  January 2023.....had a few issues with the bike this morning.  I drove straight there and Will could not have been anymore helpful. Bike sorted in no time and I was able to enjoy my day's cycling as planned.

After plenty of dealings with Brink It's time to leave a review. Everyone I've spoken to has been helpful, cheery and a breeze to deal with. Big shout out to Toby for his lightening fast comms, sorting orders out for me, and dealing with a warranty issue like a pro. Can't say enough kind words. Legends!

Turned up out of the blue to get my wheel made tubeless was greeted by Will who was busy in the workshop dropped everything talked me through my options then sorted it out ,very professional and knowledgeable not only that came back the next day for the rear wheel
