Excellent furniture, but they're closing tomorrow for the very last time!

Don't often leave reviews but when I read the previous comment felt I should redress the balance as seemed rather harsh and bears no resemblance to our own experience! Purchased painted bedroom furniture, oak kitchen sideboards and two Alstons sofas over a 3 month period and were VERY impressed with their all round professionalism. By far the cheapest (we really shopped around!) and found the staff to be very helpful, knowledeble, and efficient. We were kept fully up to date with regular phone calls advising of the delivery dates and when I had to change one delivery at very short notice they were able to rearrange the very next day. The delivery team were very respectful of our home and nothing was too much trouble - cannot recommend highly enough. So lovely to find a small independent family run business - such a breath of fresh air after the hard sell techniques and don't care attitude of the large national furniture chains. Would give them ten stars if I could. Will definitely be returning.

Fabulous gem of a showroom, quality, well-priced furniture and some unusual home/gift ware. Very helpful staff, impressive customer service, nothing was too much trouble. Free delivery, on time, phoned when they promised to. Just ordered my second Alstons sofa from them and by far the cheapest I could find on line or otherwise! A pleasure to give my hard earnt cash to a small local business rather than one of the faceless 'big boys' of the furniture game. There's a nice little coffee shop and its on the same site as the Baddow Antiques Centre so you can happily while away a few hours! Lots of free parking spaces. Thoroughly recommend.

Very poor service. I believe that Bringy used to have a good reputation, but ordered two very expensive items from them. Both were defective to the point where even a cursory inspection would picked them up. Replacements turned up after several weeks and phone calls to chase. Given the history, I checked them as they came out of the van and found them to be riddled with woodworm. Bringy management refuse to take any responsibilty. Avoid.
