Very good range of cardio/ weight machines but really disappointed to hear that they wont be re-opening at  their pre-Covid time of 6.30am again from 19th July and you will still have to book . an extra half an hour makes all the difference for those of us who work. The showers have been closed for the past year but other gyms in the area have kept theirs open, very frustrating when your going first thing in a morning . However i will say staff are very friendly and helpful.

Fantastic gym , great staff always willing to help and show you how to use the machines. Always able to get on the equipment very friendly atmosphere would highly recommend.
